A Special Invitation - Exopolitics Toronto Presents

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

On behalf of our Director Michael J. Bird at Exopolitics Toronto, you are cordially invited to be our guest at the Canadian Premiere Screening of the film documentary - FASTWALKERS - UFOs and ET Disclosure.

As Prime Minister and in the context of the current struggle for the environment we feel it is our responsibility to inform you of this event on behalf of many of your constituents who will be in attendance.

This event will take place on Wednesday March 7, 2007 at 7:00 pm. at De La Salle College Theatre Auditorium – Toronto 131 Farnham Road.

Guests will include the Hon. Paul Hellyer former Minister of National Defense, Robert Miles Producer of FASTWALKERS and Stephen G. Bassett, founder of the Paradigm Research Group. Our hope is that other GTA mayors and political leaders will attend.

Your attendance at this event would involve reaction to the screening of this film documentary, interaction with the audience, the film's producer Robert Miles, Mr. Hellyer and other guests during a question and answer period that will follow the screening. The film is 98 minutes in length with discussion to follow.

Background

Exopolitics Toronto has a solution to the energy needs of Canada and indeed the planet.

As you may be aware, Exopolitics Toronto was responsible for the former Minister of National Defense the Hon. Paul Hellyer coming forward at Convocation Hall in Sept 2005 to discuss the matter of UFOs and its political implications. It is important for Parliament to know The Canadian Exopolitics Initiative (CEI) of which Exopolitics Toronto is a partner has presented testimony before a Panel of the Senate Standing Committee on National Security and Defense in Winnipeg , Manitoba on March 10, 2005 in which we presented a plan for a 10 year Canadian Exopolitics Initiative.

In addition, a 2007 Parliamentary Agenda , which was requested by the Defense critic of a major political party, is now being presented to the Leaders of all Canadian political parties on a public interest basis. This thirty two page document can be made available to you upon request.

The over-all goal of the Canadian Exopolitics Initiative (CEI) is to help Canada, its major cities and urban centres to revise policies on the negative use of fossil fuels and nuclear energy and to support the investigation of new energy sources; a transition from a carbon based economy to a sustainable, New-Energy-based, Space Age society.

Our 2007 Legislative Alternatives are designed to positively and directly impact on:

ð The sustainability of our natural environment,

ð Our future fuel-less, New Energy choices,

ð The prosperity and economic well-being of Canadians,

ð Cooperative international relations in the world of which Canada is a part,

ð The equitable and just society that Canada strives constantly to become.

As you can see the primary focus questions in this disclosure issue facing cities are the issues of sustainability and the wise use of unlimited energy sources. Political leaders like you are key change agents in displacing the current perilous fossil fuel paradigm and injecting a new understanding that off-world technologies are in fact available to us but never discussed because this issue has been placed behind a strident curtain of ridicule.

Prime Minister Harper, conclusive evidence exists that non-polluting energy sources are in fact available through the release of information concerning the existence of off-world craft. This fact will be indisputably and dramatically described in the FASTWALKERS documentary.

"Fastwalker" is a code word created by NORAD to classify unidentified flying objects which approach our Earth from space and enter our atmosphere - roughly 500 are tracked yearly.

You may ask, what authentic evidence is available to convince a political leader that this issue is worthy of public discourse and investigation. By attending this screening you will witness:

ð First hand witness accounts and testimony by military and commercial airline pilots, acclaimed astronauts, corporate executives, Federal Aviation Administrators and high ranking military officials who have seen, tracked on radar, investigated and directly encountered craft of non-Earth origin,

ð Authentic world-wide government documentation that unidentified aerial phenomenon are tracked, correlated, chased by NORAD jets and classified as secret by military officials and finally,

ð The voices of people - rationally convinced this issue requires attention.

Many who have viewed this documentary place it in the category of Al Gore Jr.'s An Inconvenient Truth because the documentary FASTWALKERS not only highlights the dire consequences of continuing the needless levels of secrecy concerning the indisputable factual documentation surrounding the presence of off-world-civilizations, but the film points us towards a new discourse about our planetary energy needs.

The film points us towards a vision of the new age of free, non-polluting energy systems that will halt the current environmental degradation and help us return the planet to its original green state thus entering an age of environmental sustainability - away from the stranglehold fossil fuels have on our water, air, the food we consume and our very DNA.

This is not about Kyoto , this is not about political wrangling over which form of non-renewable fuel is best. This is not about the notion of carbon credits and it is not about which political party in Canada is greener than the next. It is about creating consensus by dispensing with wasteful rhetoric and accusations.

It is about beginning open, non-partisan Parliamentary discourse about the free non-polluting energy used in the propulsion systems that power the interstellar craft currently visiting us from off-world civilizations – FASTWALKERS.

It is also about acting upon the truth that they are here as well as the highly frightening likelihood that the American government began to back-engineer retrieved crashed ET vehicles, perhaps as many as six decades ago, to gain an understanding of how the electro-gravitic or anti-gravity propulsion systems of these craft operated. This is not recent conjecture or revelation. (See the attached 1950 memoranda by a Canadian Ministry of Transport official who attested to this, again, almost six decades ago during a visit to Washington DC.)

This memoranda is only one of thousands attesting to the important consideration and currency that this issue has garnered since the mid-1940's and possibly earlier. These documents are available upon request through Exopolitics Toronto. The DVD – and brief Disclosure Project Witness Video was sent by Exopolitics Toronto to each party leader during the last federal election campaign.

In the final analysis, viewing the film documentary FASTWALKERS will help our political leadership to make connections among several concepts;

ð The existence of a 60 year-old embargo on the truth about an ET presence;

ð How the secrecy embargo, currently sequestering this truth and the documentation about an off-world presence, has denied us free discourse about new energy possibilities; and finally,

ð How a global engagement plan for interaction with the off-world civilizations that possess this unfathomable arcane energy can help us achieve the sustainability of the planet.

Finally: The planet is quickly running out of options. Canada 's Parliament can play a major global role in recognizing these important non-polluting energy options do exist.

To reject open Parliamentary debate about an option that will save the planet would be highly unfortunate simply because this issue has traditionally suffered severe derision and ridicule. The evidence is clear – it is time to openly discuss energy sources beyond our current paradigm and constructs of knowledge. Exopolitics Toronto and its other Canadian partnerships can provide the necessary data to begin a responsible discourse.

There are literally dozens of documented instances of where technologies or serious social issues were once considered ridiculous, impossible or inconsequential: fiber optics, Moore 's Law of integrated circuits, global warming, organ transplants, artificial intelligence, ozone depletion, in-utero operations, stem cells, cloning and bio-robotics, the list is virtually endless.

Where does open, public discussion of interaction with ethical off-world civilizations fit into this list, particularly if this discourse brings tangible progress?

For a very large number of researchers, scientists, authors and senior political statesmen like Jimmy Carter, Paul Hellyer , the late Peter Jennings and Gordon Cooper, John Podesta and Dr. John Mack, the presence of off-world civilizations here on Earth is a given. Exopolitics :

Wilbert Smith

Memo by Department of Transport - Canada, Senior Radio Engineer, and Head of Project Magnet after his meeting with Washington Pentagon scientist Dr. R. Sarbacher*. Smith wrote the memo in November of 1950 after a meeting with Dr. Robert Sarbacher, a top government scientist employed by the Pentagon.

“The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb. Flying saucers exist. Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.” Smith, Wilbert: Memorandum on Geo-Magnetics, November 21, 1950 (Note: Entire Smith Memo in its original form is attached)

*Dr. Robert Sarbacher claimed that prior to his conversation with Wilbert Smith; he was invited to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for a briefing on the recovery of a flying saucer in western United States . In a letter dated November 29, 1983 , he talked openly about his involvement in investigating material recovered from a UFO. He wrote: “... certain materials reported to have come from flying saucer crashes were extremely light and very tough. I am sure our laboratories analyzed them very carefully.” Dr. Sarbacher concluded the letter by saying: “I still do not know why the high order of classification has been given and why the denial of the existence of these devices .”

Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Ph.D.

In 1971, Dr. Mitchell became the sixth person to walk on the moon as part of the US Apollo Space program.

“I am an American astronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my position people in high places confide in me. And, as a result, I have no doubt that aliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and governments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO sightings which cannot be explained. As a scientist, it is logical to me that at least some of these will have been witness of alien craft. As a former astronaut, the military people who have access to these files are more willing to talk to me than to people they regard as mere cranks. But what did shock me when I started investigating extra-terrestrial reports a decade ago is the extent to which the proof has been hushed up. It isn't just the US government which has kept quiet about alien visits. It would be arrogant of an American like myself to assume that ETs would only choose to visit my country. General Nathan D. Twining US Air Force

While he was the Commanding General of the Air Material Command* he wrote the following:

“It is the opinion that:

a. The phenomena reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious.

b. There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as a man-made aircraft.

c. There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.

d. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically, or remotely.” Twining, Nathan: Letter to Commanding General of the Army, September 23, 1947

* General Nathan F. Twining was appointed commanding general of the Air Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in December of 1945. He remained there until October 1, 1947 .
