Dr. Robert M. Wood is a retired aerospace manager (43 years with McDonnell Douglas), now an author and TV Producer specializing in the authentication of questioned UFO-related documents.

In particular, he was the first to authenticate and provide a legible replica of the 1954 intelligence manual, “Extraterrestrial Entities and Technology – Recovery and Disposal.”

Together with his son and partner Ryan, they have produced an excellent 44-minute TV documentary called “The Secret” that provides an historical context for the interpretation of hundreds of pages of formerly classified but “leaked” documents. The story they tell begins with the Los Angeles air raid of February 1942, which yielded two recovered craft and began the process of simultaneous research into and cover-up of the extraterrestrial analysis projects of our country.

The most amazing secret is NOT the recovery of dozens of crashed or downed saucers and aliens, but the exceptional skill of those in charge to keep this enterprise outside the widespread knowledge of the public, through the use of standard psychological warfare techniques. The documents themselves define the most difficult of all problems is that of keeping the public in the dark, not telling them more than they “need to know.”

Many people also wonder WHY the Government or those in charge today would want to keep these extraterrestrial discoveries secret. The answers are dominated by the technology and its use militarily, but strongly supported by not wanting to seem to be an inept Government, not knowing where they are from, why they are here, or how they work.
